Registration
When does registration open and close?
Registration opens several months before STEM Festival. Deadlines vary depending on your category (competitor, school, sponsor, volunteer, exhibitor or delegate). Please check the Registration page for current dates.
Who can register?
Students, schools, educators, innovators, startups, researchers, industry professionals, volunteers, exhibitors, sponsors and general attendees are welcome to participate.
Can I edit my registration after submission?
Yes. Most profile information can be updated from your delegate dashboard before registration closes.
Will I receive confirmation after registering?
Yes. A confirmation email will be sent once your registration has been successfully reviewed and accepted.
How do I know which registration category is right for me?
Choose the option that best describes your participation, such as Team Competition, School Participation, Sponsor, Volunteer, Speaker, Facilitator, Media, Partner or Guest Delegate.
