WRO 2026: Robots Meet Culture
Our Elementary, Junior, and Senior Robotics categories adopt the official WRO season challenges — chosen by GMG, a proud WRO International Judge, for the proven engineering value for innovators aged 8–22.
For most participants, this is open, global-level competitive exposure — not a qualification pathway to the WRO International Finals.
The exception: each year, as part of STEM Professionals Ltd's work across the South-South and Niger Delta, GMG identifies the region's strongest AI & Robotics talent, raises funding, and travels with them to the WRO Internationals in collaboration with the WRO National Organizers.
South-South / Niger Delta Participants
These categories are the qualification pathway into GMG's WRO representation initiative.
All Other Participants
A genuine global-level opportunity and valuable iteration — but not WRO qualification, even for the category's top winners and awardees.

Autonomous robotic teams play high-action matches in dynamic game environments.
