Eligibility Criteria
- Age 18 or older
- Available for at least two festival days
- Basic English proficiency
- Reference from a school, employer or community leader
Core Responsibilities
- Complete a two-hour orientation before the festival
- Show up on time and in uniform for assigned shifts
- Assist teams, guests and staff professionally
- Follow the code of conduct at all times
